Annie’s Day: Our First Love, Nero Wolfe

A blog entry about the article in The New Yorker (see previous post for link) concerning Wolfe. I must agree with her on the article and author.
I have a copy of the Nero Wolfe Cook Book and have cooked several of the recipes and plan to try quite a few of the rest. Good stuff! I find it interesting that the one of Stouts assistants in tweeking the dishes mentioned in Too Many Cooks was the late Steila Hibben who wrote regularly for The New Yorker on food, cooking and restaurants. Tis a shame that the writer of the article that has generated the current post didn’t take the time to do his research…
